The Melton Constable is a traditional roadside Pub, located above the harbour in the centre of the seaside village of Seaton Sluice. With views north to the Cheviot Hills and of Holywell Dene from the Conservatory, the Pub lies just a stone’s throw away from an award winning beach and the stunning Northumberland Coast. ‘The Melton’ is ideally placed to enjoy a relaxing drink or meal, in warm and welcoming surroundings. Our offering is simple Real Ale, Real Food, Real People, Real Pub. We are renowned locally for our range of 6 Real Ales, (as listed in the CAMRA Real Ale Guide) which alongside a broad array of Malt whiskies and a menu packed with everyone’s favourite meals make us the most “traditional” of traditional pubs in the area. Food is served from 12.00pm to 2.45pm and again 5.30pm to 7.45 Monday to Saturday and 12.00pm to 5.45pm Sunday. Booking is recommended so as to avoid disappointment.
